Fire Safety!!!!!

The Juniors had a visit form Fireman Matt! We learnt a lot about what to do in a fire and fire safety around our homes. Do you have a smoke alarm at your house? You should have one in your lounge, hallways and bedrooms. You need to check them regularly to make sure they are working and the batteries haven't gone flat!! Do you have a safe meeting place? You need to make sure you have somewhere safe to meet in case of a fire. Fireman Matt suggest you make it your letter box. Have you practiced getting out in case of a fire? You need to practice getting down, getting low and getting out fast!! Don't take any toys with you, you don't have time to grab anything!! Make sure you don't play with candles, lighters or matches!!
